Subscription Lease

  • Expect 15%-25% higher in cost than 6 Month lease or longer

  • 30-day notice to cancel

  • 1% off per additional week after the 4th week. (maximum discount at 10%)

  • +$50 / Month for this lease

  • 6 month contract, then converts to Month-to-Month (no additional cost).

  • $100 one time move-in fee

  • Credit & Background check required

Twelve (12) Month Lease

  • Listed price for this lease

  • No move-in fee

  • Credit & Background Check required
