Cleaning Rules

*These rules apply if you stay in a Private Room

➤ Do not leave any belongings in Common Spaces (unless at check-out time)
➤ Shoes must be taken off before entering the house.
➤ Toilet seats must be sprayed & wiped down after use.
➤ Do NOT flush objects or paper towels in the toilet.
➤ You must spray & wipe down the kitchen & dining table after use.
➤ Dishes & Cookware must be soaped & washed immediately after use.
➤ Discard food particles immediately after washing dishes.
➤ Do NOT use glitter in the home
➤ Please ♻️:-) recycle Metals, Cardboard, Paper, Plastic, Non-broken Glass (Recycling = Green bin). Fold/cut all cardboard boxes.

House Etiquette

➤ We are not responsible for Food, Water, or Deliveries. You must know when your own packages arrive.
➤ Common Spaces may be used 24/7 but keep noise to a minimum from 9PM to 9AM
➤ Use earphones when listening to music/podcasts in common areas.
➤ Use the internet legally (do not torrent as Comcast will slow down speeds)
➤ Leave your items in the assigned kitchen cabinets
➤ Keep the place friendly :-) Always introduce yourself when you see a new guest.

House Manual

➤ We may conduct cleaning/maintenance of common areas at any time during reasonable working hours (usually M-F 10am-3pm).
➤ Please ♻️:-) recycle Metals, Cardboard, Paper, Plastic, Non-broken Glass (Recycling = Green bin).
➤ First-Aid kit on top of fridge.
➤ Common Spaces are cleaned once a week
➤ Maximum of one friend may visit during the day (11AM - 5PM)
➤ If you need one friend/family to stay it is $15/night weekends (F-Sa) and $20/night on weekdays (Su -Th).
➤ Do NOT sign-out/in Roku TV streaming services. Let us know if a service is not logged in.
➤ We provide all essential cleaning items. Trash bags are free to use (under sink).
